How do I book an appointment?
Explore treatments, choose a venue, select your service and professional, and pick an available time. Sign in and confirm to complete your booking.
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Open your account and select an upcoming appointment. Choose Reschedule to find another available time, or Cancel to release your appointment. Venue cancellation policies may apply.
How do payments work?
Choose to pay at the venue, or pay securely online when card payments are enabled. Online payment is only complete after the payment provider confirms it.
Where can I see my bookings?
Sign in and open My appointments. You’ll find upcoming and past bookings, along with their current status.
I run a beauty or wellness business. Can I join?
Absolutely. Create an account, then set up your business profile, services, team and working hours.
